Individual Registration

This is the membership and annual dues for the 2024/2025 season. Please fill out the information below. If you know your team name for leagues, please include that in the comment.

Equipment: We ask that curlers provide their own broom. Brooms are like a glove in baseball or softball, every curler should own one. An opportunity to join in a group purchase of brooms is provided on this form. Use of club brooms will be limited.
