This is the registration form for the 7th Annual Bozeman Curling Club Bonspiel (AKA The Bozspiel).

By registering for this bonspiel you must accept our liability waiver here.

Please fill out the fields as requested as best you can. A phone number for the captain of the team is desired if last minute coordination is required.
